How long does it take to arrive?
Most orders arrive 4 to 8 days from the time you place the order — they normally ship 2 to 4 days after you order, and we'll notify you by email when they do. Free shipping on every U.S. order.

Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-compliant payment system over an encrypted connection. Your full card number is never stored by TACFENDER and our team never sees it.
You don't need one. TACFENDER volume pricing is applied automatically in the cart — buy two holsters and the discount appears on its own, and the 3+1 offer adds the free unit for you. Because the pricing is automatic, there is usually no code to enter. If the cart total doesn't look right, email support@tacfender.com with a screenshot before completing the order.
You have 12 hours from placing your order to change or cancel it. Email support@tacfender.com with your order number as soon as possible — include the correction if you're changing a shipping address. After those 12 hours the order moves into fulfilment and can no longer be modified or cancelled; at that point it has to be handled as a return once it reaches you.

Yes. Any applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, and the full total is shown before you pay. There are no charges added after you place the order.
Most orders arrive in 4 to 8 days from the time you place the order. That covers the whole process: orders normally ship 2 to 4 days after you order, and the package is in transit after that. You can see the estimated dates for your own order on the product page before you buy.
Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum. If a faster paid option is available for your address, it will be shown at checkout before you pay.
We ship throughout the United States only — we do not currently ship internationally. If your address falls outside our shipping area, checkout will tell you before you pay. Customers are responsible for confirming that the products they order are legal where they live.
You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as the order ships, which is normally 2 to 4 days after you order. Orders move with FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS depending on your address. If nothing has arrived in your inbox after four days, check your spam folder and then email support@tacfender.com.
First, double-check the shipping address you entered at checkout — a small typo there is a common cause, and neither TACFENDER nor the carrier can change a delivery address once the order is placed. Then check the usual spots: around the door, in your building's parcel locker or mailbox area, and with neighbours, since carriers do occasionally leave a parcel next door by mistake. If it still has not turned up, email support@tacfender.com with your order number.
Email support@tacfender.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. Address changes are possible within 12 hours of placing the order. After that the order is already in fulfilment, the address can't be changed, and the package has to complete its delivery attempt before anything else can be done.
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging, and you'll need proof of purchase. Start it by emailing support@tacfender.com — once the return is approved we send you the return instructions.
No. Our everyday promotional pricing does not make an order final sale, and the standard 30-day return applies to every product on the site. Only items explicitly marked as clearance or final sale are excluded, and that is stated on the product page whenever it applies.
We do. Once your return is approved, TACFENDER provides the return shipping label, and there is no restocking fee. You don't pay to send an item back.
Yes — trying it on your firearm to check the fit is fine. "Unused" means the product has not been put into service: carried for days, taken to the range and then sent back. Checking that your pistol seats properly, with an unloaded firearm, is exactly what the 30-day window is for. Send it back in its original packaging with everything it came with. If the product has a manufacturing defect, contact support@tacfender.com and we will sort it out either way.
Once the return is approved and received, the refund is issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days beyond that to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
The lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects, and premature wear caused by a manufacturing defect. The remedy is a replacement of the affected product or part — the warranty does not provide a refund. It applies for the life of the product with proof of purchase.
Normal wear and misuse are not covered. That includes cosmetic holster wear from regular carry, scratches and scuffs, damage from accidents or abuse, and any product that has been modified, cut, heated or reshaped. Hardware lost during use is not covered either. If you're unsure which side of the line your issue falls on, send photos and we'll tell you straight.
Email support@tacfender.com with your order number as proof of purchase, a description of the problem and clear photos of the defect. We'll confirm whether it's covered and arrange the replacement.

No. TACFENDER does not sell firearms or ammunition. We sell firearm accessories and tactical gear — holsters, rail adapters, magazine accessories and related equipment. No firearm, magazine or ammunition is included with any product.
No. Our products are accessories, not firearms, so no Federal Firearms Licence, background check or transfer through a dealer is involved. Orders ship straight to your address like any other package.

We can't give legal advice about your jurisdiction — you are responsible for confirming that the products you order and how you carry them are legal where you live.
